Vic Sadot is a singer-songwriter based in Berkeley, CA who is best known
for his tribute song "Broadside
Balladeer" dedicated to the late-great Phil Ochs, "Courage
To Resist" about Private Bradley Manning, and "Cheney's in the Bunker" about 9/11 Truth which became a hit song on No Lies Radio [NoLiesRadio.org].
Vic Sadot has been singer-songwriter for over 40 years, and he has been based in Berkeley, California since autumn 2008. Vic writes in the tradition of “Broadside, the National Topical Song Magazine” of Sis Cunningham and Gordon Friesen, and his songwriter heroes, Woody Guthrie and Phil Ochs. Vic is probably best known for his tribute song to Phil Ochs, “Broadside Balladeer”, and for his song for war crimes whistle-blower Bradley Manning, “Courage To Resist”.
